JDPS Thanksgiving lunches are coming up soon! All parents/guardians are REQUIRED to pre-register to attend.
You have two options to pre-register BEFORE the day of the lunch.

Please complete the form twice if you are coming on two different days.

2) Stop by the front office starting now to pre-register before the day of the lunch.
**All visitors will be REQUIRED to present a photo ID to obtain a visitor's pass and/or sign out a student**
No licenses will be scanned on the day of the lunch!
